Sitting
on the stoep of our old farm house in Kraaldoring, surrounded by rugged rock
formations, Fynbos and giant Aloes, I sip my tea and admire the landscape around me. The fresh air and quietness reside in this lush green valley where the hum of insects and the rustling of the bamboo echoes through the valley. At times, there is such stillness, one can hear the cows grazing and the faint sound of the river as it trickles through the thick vegetation. This is where I find my peace and quiet...and the the inspiration to create!
